About Noxadem

The Pinewood Company was established in 2002 to bring relief to that special group of people who suffer from skin affected by rosacea and cold sores. Using patented technology and the collective efforts of a number of people with extensive experience in cosmetic formulations Pinewood is devoted to cleaner, clearer, healthier skin. Damaged skin presents special challenges, and this suite of products was specifically formulated to meet those challenges.


The People Behind Noxadem

Jack Fisher, M.D. – Director of Medical Research

Dr. Fisher is a board certified plastic surgeon with extensive cosmetic surgical experience. He is an Associate Clinical Professor of Plastic Surgery at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and is Chief of Plastic Surgery at Baptist Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee. He worked for five years at the Mayo Clinic as an attending plastic surgeon and is a fellow in the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Fisher is active in several medical societies and has been involved in numerous research projects related to plastic surgery medical devices and the development of innovative aesthetic technologies.

Dr. Fisher received his medical degree from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.

Rod Bradbury – Scientific Consultant and Advisor

Rod Bradbury’s career encompasses more than 20 years of experience in formulation and product development chemistry, including expertise in agrochemical, microbial pesticide, natural products, environmental chemical industries, and government research. He holds numerous patents and has published several articles in his field. He is currently president of EcoSafe Natural Products, Inc.

Mr. Bradbury received his B.Sc (Honors) in Chemistry from the University of Manchester, United Kingdom.

Greg McCullough – Founder and President

For the past 14 years Greg McCullough has served on the Board of Directors and as Chief Financial Officer for several development stage enterprises. Some of these companies include Camelot Care Corporation, a juvenile behavioral healthcare company; Clinical Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a pharmacy benefits manager and pharmaceutical repackager; and Jackson LLP, an HMO. Greg also spent several years with the accounting firm Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co.

Mr. McCullough holds a B.S. degree from the University of Tennessee and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Shannon LeRoy - Chairman

Shannon LeRoy provides Noxadem with extensive experience in early and later stage businesses by providing debt and equity capital for growth, including many consumer product companies. He is President and Chief Executive Officer of Physicians Capital, Inc., a specialty healthcare finance company..

Mr. LeRoy received his BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Jim Doramus – Legal Counsel

Jim Doramus brings to Noxadem years of experience in Nashville healthcare companies, from technological services to the delivery of patient services. He has served as president of Camelot Care Corporation and its subsidiaries, and Camelot Community Care, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, a national company providing health services in 45 offices across seven states.

Mr. Doramus has a mechanical engineering degree from Washington University and a law degree from American University.
